If Jon Jones can capture the heavyweight crown by training with a gaggle of “UFC washouts,” then just imagine what “Bones” can do with a fight camp that includes Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson.
Jones, despite looking “old and gray” in the weeks leading up to his Stipe Miocic title fight, which headlines the UFC 309 pay-per-view (PPV) card on Nov. 16 in New York, still has the “instinct” to uncork a flying knee when needed.
That’s according to the easily-dazzled fans on Instagram, who lauded Jones for the “insane” technique. Some say insane, others say dirty, but as long as we don’t have any more “Matt Hamill flashbacks” then everything should be fine.
