The Cleveland Browns are looking to add some help to the offensive line as they look towards Week Four.

According to insider Howard Balzer, the Browns recently tried out five offensive linemen by the names of Tyler Beach (tackle), Garret Greenfield (tackle), Sebastian Gutierrez (tackle), Ricky Lee (tackle), and Marquis Hayes Jr. (guard).

With Cleveland sitting at 1-2 after a couple of rough games, especially on the offensive side of things, they are looking to improve the production in the trenches.

The Browns are coming off of a brutal home loss to Daniel Jones and the New York Giants last Sunday.

In that game, Cleveland allowed starting quarterback Deshaun Watson to get sacked a whopping eight times.

Additionally, Cleveland only rushed for 69 yards on the ground, which certainly isn’t going to be good enough week in and week out.

In the team’s Week One loss to the Dallas Cowboys, they failed to reach 100 yards on the ground as Watson was also sacked six times.

However, in their Week Two win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, they only gave up two sacks and rushed for 127 yards on the ground.

It is clear that the focal point for this team is the trenches.

Adding an extra offensive lineman or two to the group couldn’t hurt if head coach Kevin Stefanski is looking for more consistent play up front.

After all, the majority of games in the NFL are usually won and lost in the trenches.

The Browns will face the Las Vegas Raiders on the road this Sunday.
