Even though they’ve found success multiple times in their history, there’s not a huge list of Tampa Bay Buccaneers legends.
Notably, Mike Evans has already made his way into that list.
The wide receiver has a strong case for being the best wideout in franchise history.
That’s why a fan didn’t hesitate to get his autograph tattooed on his leg (via Tampa Bay Buccaneers).

When asked about that, he talked about how Evans is one of the GOATs of the franchise and everything he’s sacrificed to stay there throughout the course of his entire career.
There was some speculation regarding Evans’ future with the organization this offseason.
Fortunately for everybody involved, it didn’t take long before the franchise did right by their star wide receiver and got him the kind of contract he was looking for.
Evans has been a Buc since he entered the league, and he’s been there through thick and thin.
Regardless of the mostly subpar quarterback situation — outside of the Tom Brady years, he’s still managed to put up big numbers, and he was the team’s primary pass-catcher in their last Super Bowl win.
Evans is one of the most underrated players of his generation and one of the best wide receivers of all time.
And if he stays with the Bucs his entire career as expected, he’s going to set the bar very high for other wide receivers who want to go there and challenge his status as the best pass-catcher in franchise history.
